Barn Dance success

A great night was had at the Menston Pre-School Barn dance, with over eighty people do-si-doing with friends. Ian Cunningham, the Chairman of Menston Pre-School said: “What a great night was had with by so many members of the local community. We were able to raise over two hundred and fifty pounds. From September this year we are introducing a lunch club so the money raised will help us buy new tables and chairs.  I would like to thank all the people for supporting Menston Pre-School .”

The clock tower has always been an important part of the historical value of the site.  The clock itself is currently not in operation purely because all services were disconnected to the site for health and safety reasons, during the initial demolition and remediation stages.
